Spice Girls 'Renuite' for David Beckham's Birthday: Mel B is Missing, Who is The New 'Latina Spice'?
Several Spice Girls "reunited" for a special event. It was not music related, but it was a birthday party for David Beckham who turned 40.
Victoria Beckham, A.K.A "Posh Spice"organized a surprise bash for her husband and invited family and friends including her former 90s girl group mates. Emma Bunton, Geri Halliwell and Melanie Chisholm posed for several snaps with Beckham's wife, Victoria, and actress Eva Longoria at the event.
"I'm the new Spice Girl! LatinaSpice," Longoria captioned an Instagram photo.
Melanie Brown, who is preparing for the next season of America's Got Talent, was the only Spice Girl not at the party.
While rumours continue to spread about a possible 20th anniversary reunion, Victoria and the ladies appear to simply be enjoying any time together that fits into all of their busy schedules.
The surprise birthday bash was held in Marrakesh, Morocco on Saturday.
"Amazing evening with my girls last night," Victoria captioned another photo of herself with Longoria, Chisholm and Bunton.
"Great to see these shy and retiring ladies. Never a dull moment," David joked on Instagram.
David Beckham marked turning 40 by joining Instagram yesterday and he already has 3.6 million followers.
The star posted a picture of himself lying in bed, with the caption: "Good morning and hello! It's great to finally be on Instagram, been a long time coming but I can't wait to start sharing all my special moments with you.
"Thank you for all your birthday messages so far. Looking forward to a great day with friends and family x."
