Kristen Stewart, who gained international fame by playing Bella Swan in the "Twilight" saga, has opened up about how the movie changed her life.

Speaking with Harper's Bazaar UK, the 25-year-old stated that the pressure to live up to the expectations of "Twilight" fans was not easy at all. Stewart added that fame is "the worst thing in the world."

In the interview, Stewart also opened up about filming the epic sex scene with co-star and then-boyfriend, Robert Pattinson, who played her love interest, Edward Cullen.

"On Twilight we had to do the most epic sex scene of all time," she said. "It had to be transcendent and otherworldly, inhuman, better sex than you can possibly ever imagine, and we were like, 'How do we live up to that?' It was agony. Which sucks, because I wanted it to be so good."

Stewart stated that she is not opposed to filming sex scenes in general. She only hates them "when they're contrived."

Since her "Twilight" years, Stewart has landed roles in hit movies, such as "Still Alice" and "Clouds of Sils Maria." Despite her recent success in Hollywood, Stewart stated that women "inevitable have to work a little bit harder to be heard...Hollywood is disgustingly sexist. It's crazy. It's so offensive it's crazy."

Regardless of how Hollywood might be, Stewart stated that she would not give up acting.

She explained, "I love what I do and so it's worth protecting."
