Miley Cyrus And Patrick Schwarzenegger Relationship Update: Rocky Romance Ends After Five Months
Miley Cyrus and Patrick Schwarzenegger's relationship has been on the rocks lately with sources saying that couple find it hard to mend their love and may have ended it once and for all.
A source from People said that the Wrecking Ball singer and Maria Shriver's son has called it quits after five months of dating.
"It's not a break. It's done," the source said.
"They're just in two different places in their lives - he's in college and she's focused on her music and career," the source added.
The change in their relationship started out when pictures of Patrick cozying with a friend in Cabo on November went viral online, US Magazine reports.
The scandal did its damage. They both saw sides of each other they weren't pleased with but they were trying to make it work.
The source further said that both tried to patch things up and "still talk" but are "not as serious as committed as [they were]."
Pictures of Patrick with other girls also 'embarrassed' the singer.
Last month, photos of Patrick and a bikini-clad girl went viral. The pictures are said to be taken while he is on vacation, Mail Online said.
On March 15, Patrick is seen hanging out with a bikini-clad girl at the Mango Deck Restaurant & Bar.
The following week, photos of him getting close with ex-girlfriend, Taylor Burns also spread online. Burns, in the photo, is applying sunscreen on Patrick's back.
"Miley is embarrassed about the photos and Patrick is devastated about that because he really cares about her. They've been talking and are going through a tough time," the source said.
Although, Arnold and Maria Shriver's son denied any connection between him and Burns, still Miley is not happy about it, sources from People said.
"He didn't cheat or kiss anyone but she's still not happy about the photos. It's just embarrassing for her, and him. They're trying to work this through."
Miley Cyrus and Patrick Schwarzenegger were not spotted together in this year's Coachella. Patrick was partying with male friends while Miley is said to be working in her studio posting snaps about it in Instagram.
