Bruce Jenner Sex Change Update: Khloe Kardashian Defends Dad, Slams Jamie Foxx for ‘Low’ Transgender Joke

Khloe Kardashian is always ready to defend her family.

The reality TV star recently talked about Jamie Foxx's jokes that were directed at her former stepfather Bruce Jenner. Foxx referenced Jenner's gender transition journey from male to female during Sunday's iHeartRadio Music Awards.

The 47-year-old actor said, "We got some groundbreaking performances here, too, tonight. We got Bruce Jenner, who will be here doing some musical performances. He's doing a his-and-her duet all by himself."

Foxx later added, "Look, I'm just busting your balls while I still can."

Foxx's joke did not impress anyone. He also faced a lot backlash on Twitter with some people calling him transphobic.

The 30-year-old said to The Insider with Yahoo, "I just think it's a low blow. I think it's very mean, but you know, I wish him all the best. It is what it is," before adding, "I just think - and I know Jamie, so I think that's also why that's a really low blow, but hey. Guess that's what he felt the need to do for a little press."

Bruce's eldest son, Burt Jenner, who he had with his first wife, Chrystie Jenner, also defended his father.

"I think he is just copying Kevin Hart because Kevin Hart is taking all his movie opportunities. He's copying him - man's on a roll and Jamie Foxx is on the way down," Burt said. "I would have charged the stage... If security got to me beforehand, I would've thrown something at him."

Rumors of a sex change have been circulating for some time now. Although Jenner has not undergone a sex change surgery, his family has remained very supportive.

Kim Kardashian was quoted saying, "I will say that I think Bruce should tell his story his way...I think everyone goes through things in life and I think that story and what Bruce is going though, I think he'll share whenever the time is right. I think Bruce is very happy, the happiest I've ever seen him...He's our dad so we support him no matter what, and I think when the time is right, hell talk about whatever he wants to talk about. I guess I'll kind of let everyone be curious and I feel like that's his journey to talk about."
