James Harden had another MVP-like night.

In the Houston Rockets game against the Sacramento Kings, Harden dominated the court and amassed a career-high of 51 points, leading the Rockets to a 115-111 win.

Harden ended the night 16-of-25 from the floor and 8-of-9 from the three-point line. He also made 11-of-13 shots from the line.

"You can't shoot it much better than that," coach Kevin McHale said. "Shooting 8-of-9 from 3 is hard to do. It's hard to do when you're by yourself, much less in a game when everything is contested."

"Harden has one of those games where every shot he took, he made," Kings coach George Karl added. "From 27 feet half the time and there's not much you can do about covering that shot. Great player kills great defense and I think the film will show that."

Harden became the first ever Rockets player to have two 50-point games within one season. The last time he did it was on March 19 against the Denver Nuggets. He is the second player this season to accomplish this feat after Cleveland Cavaliers' point guard, Kyrie Irving.

"He finds a way to wow our team every time he goes out there," Trevor Ariza said. "He's just so crafty and he scores in so many different ways, it's definitely fun to watch."

Harden currently leads the NBA with 33 30-point games. He also has nine 40-point games. In 30 times this season, which is a league-high, Harden has attempted at least 10 free throws.

Harden was not the only player who put up impressive numbers. Kings' star, DeMarcus Cousins finished with his second career triple-double. He had 24 points, 21 rebounds, 10 assists and six blocks.

The Rockets will visit Dallas on Thursday.
