UK Politician Enoch Powell Named In Pedophilic Satanic Worship Scandal
Satanic worship and child abuse charges have been slapped against the late firebrand Tory MP Enoch Powell, according to the investigators probing the VIP pedophile sex ring that rocked Westminster in the 1980s.
Powell died in 1998, and is among a number of well-known figures selected by a Church of England (CofE) review into historic sex abuse, which was given to Scotland Yard by the Bishop of Durham Paul Butler, according to rt.
The abuse of children, along with satanic rituals, are included in the charges and they are being probed as members of an alleged Westminster paedophile network, after his name was given to police by a senior Anglican bishop.
Operation Fernbridge, the police investigation into the Westminster sex ring, was given the names of both Enoch Powell and Leo Abse, an eccentric Welsh MP who died in 2008.
Butler, the leader of the Church's review into sex abuse, revealed that the former Bishop of Monmouth, Dominic Walker, who had been a counselor, became aware of the involvement of these two in the 1980s, and submitted the names. Walker also said that Abse's name was given to him by three survivors of abuse during counseling sessions.
Moreover, the investigation gave the names of two former Tory cabinet ministers, neither of whom had been involved in the investigation.
Butler questioned Walker when he came across descriptions of counseling sessions with adult survivors in a book that had been released in 1991.
"A number of survivors independently gave the name of a particular MP being involved," Walker said. "I don't believe there was any collusion in their stories."
"The name Enoch Powell was passed to Operation Fernbridge on the instruction of Bishop Paul Butler," a Church of England spokesperson said.
The claims against the two earlier politicians were revealed when there were mounting allegations of an elite pedophile ring involving establishment figures, which was allegedly camouflaged by the Special Branch police. The historical sex abuse inquiry was put up by Home Secretary Theresa May in summer 2014, and has been ridden with obstacles. It was dissolved after two of the "appointed chairs" were forced to stand down.
May announced on March 12 that the inquiry would begin again to check whether various institutions are involved or not, and what are their responsibilities in shielding children from sexual abuse in England and Wales. In February, the home secretary appointed Justice Lowell Goddard as the new chair.
The Metropolitan Police would be able to view files with the MPs in the House of Commons archives, so that they can probe into the abusers.
Powell's famous 'rivers of blood' speech against mass immigration saw him sacked from the shadow cabinet.
