Ed Sheeran Confirms He's Single, Surprises Couple at a Wedding [VIDEO]

A wedding is joyful enough, but imagine singer Ed Sheeran crashed the wedding of Sydney couple Kya and Matt Debono, where he serenaded with his hit "Thinking Out Loud" for their first dance as a married couple.

"Just surprised this lovely couples first dance," Sheeran he wrote on Instagram Wednesday, adding that he's now "Available for weddings, birthdays and bar mitzvah's, contact your local supermarket for details."

The $80,000 wedding was put on by radio station KIIS 1065's Kyle & Jackie O,according to US Weekly.

The couple, Kya and Matt Debono, put their wedding on hold a few years after Kya's mother died. They won the free wedding from the popular Australian radio station.

"Kya and Matt had chosen 'Thinking Out Loud', their favourite song, as the first dance as husband and wife but they never imagined Ed Sheeran himself would stop by the reception to perform it for them," the radio hosts wrote on YouTube.

"The shock and then joy on the bride's face is priceless, and there wasn't a dry eye in the crowd as Ed Sheeran gave a genuine and beautifully flawless acoustic performance."

Meanwhile, in an interview with the same breakfast radio show, Ed Sheeran confirmed that he is now a single man.

Ed's split confirmation comes just days after reports emerged that he had agreed to take a break from his relationship with 23-year-old Athina following a row over his antics at a BRIT Awards after-party last month.

A source told heat magazine: "The final straw was at the after-party. It was a combination of Ed drinking too much and him being unable to deal with a girl that kept bothering them that night.
