Justin Bieber's Former Neighbor Sued Him For Egging His House And Calling Him 'Little Jew Boy'; Family Wants More Money For Damages

Justin Bieber's former neighbors at the Calabasas, California neighborhood filed a lawsuit on Thursday stating the pop star had harassed them while he was still living in the gated community. Though, the pop star had already paid a previous amount to his neighbor, recent reports said that they want more.

According to Jakarta Post, Jeff and Suzanne Schwartz seeks $25,000 more the moral and physical damages that the popstar had caused them in addition to the previous $80,000 that Bieber have paid them.

In the lawsuit, the Schwartz family said: "During his continued residence at the property ... Mr. Bieber and his employees, agents and acquaintances continued to harass, threaten and intimidate plaintiffs and their family at every opportunity without justification, basis, reason or excuse.

In a report from The Rollingstone, Jeffrey and Suzanne Schwartz made reference to several incidents that the Canadian crooner had done to their family including the alleged reckless driving that happened nearly two years ago and Bieber's vandalism acts as he throw eggs at their house.

Bieber also caused emotional distress to their family by holding loud parties in the neighborhood and marijuana sessions.

Jeffrey Schwartz further said that the singer spits on his face and threw anti-Semitic insults at him.

Schwartz recalled details about the 2013 incident saying that he and a friend 'calmly' approached Bieber and asked him regulate his car speed around the Calabasas neighborhood as it may imperil the lives of minors and other residents. Later on, Bieber's bodyguards are said to arrive at the scene with one of them saying, "What are you going to do about it, Jew Boy?"

Justin Bieber has long since moved out from the Calabasas community. Recently, he lived close to Emmy Rossum who said that she did not realize that Justin Bieber is living close to her, Mail Online reports.

In a radio program, she said, "Justin Bieber just moved into the house next door to me. He's my new next door neighbor. And, I went over to kind of offer him like a neighborly hello, and I'm not gonna do that again because he has like a ton of body guards there, and they're really scary.' I saw him. He pulled up in his Bentley but then he just went inside. But he's my neighbor now.

The actress further said that Bieber is rapping while he got out of his car.

'He was like "Ball so hard muthaf**ker's wanna..." yeah he was doing that as he got out of the car. And I was like "yep, Justin Bieber's my neighbour, that's cool", Emmy said.
