Apple has launched iOS 8.3 as a testbed for developers and early adopters, according to reports. Apple also recently released OS X Yosemite 10.10.3 (14D87p) for users enrolled in the Apple Beta Software Program.

According to Apple, the public previews of both its desktop and mobile software will help "shape" its future products.

Although the iOS 8.3 is not yet available for every user enrolled in the Apple's Beta software program and they might need to wait for the company to roll it for everybody.

As of now, it's not yet apparent what's new in the iOS8.3 but reports suggest that a handful of incremental features - including the ability to flag messages as "junk" - is in works.

According to latest figures released by Apple, three-quarters of all iPhone and iPad users are now running the latest version of iOS 8.

Apple Beta Software program lets you test-drive beta software and provide feedback to help Apple make it even better. You can signup using your Apple ID and the latest release of Apple beta software will be available on your device to test-drive.

However, Apple recommends using the beta software on a secondary machine. The public beta software means it's still in development, which means some applications and services may not work as expected, Apple noted on the its page.
