Lil Wayne Throws a Fit when DJ Plays the Wrong “CoCo” Version [VIDEO]
Rapper Lil Wayne gave his college audience a much bigger show than they were expecting.
Everything was going smoothly during Lil Wayne's concert at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida until he asked the DJ to play "CoCo."
The DJ, not knowing any better, played the original O.T. Genasis "CoCo" track, and not Lil Wayne's version. Lil Wayne, who has a remix of this song on his mixtape "Sorry 4 The Wait 2," was reportedly expecting a clean track and was not happy at all once he heard the O.T. Genasis version playing through the speakers.
Instead of clarifying the mix-up with the DJ, Lil Wayne stared at the DJ in disbelief and threw a huge fit. The rapper angrily tossed his microphone toward the DJ and stormed off the stage, leaving his fans furious and unsatisfied. Lil Wayne had performed seven songs before he left the stage.

Although Lil Wayne's fit is inexcusable, the rapper has had a pretty tough week. On Wednesday he was the victim of a hoax. The police had arrived at his mansion in Miami Beach after they received word that there was a shooting inside the mansion. The caller reportedly claimed to have shot four people inside the rapper's home.
Once the police arrived and inspected the 10-bedroom house, they realized that the call was a prank. Thankfully, no one was injured.
Lil Wayne was also the subject of another prank. TMZ reported that a prostitute showed up at the rapper's home claiming that he had called her specifically for sex. According to Lil Wayne's camp, the rapper has been subjected to many pranks that they believe stem from one person.
"Turns out there have been numerous other incidents, and Wayne's people believe the culprit is one guy. He's been incessantly calling Wayne's house and hanging up. The good news ... they have his phone number and gave it to cops," TMZ wrote.
