Miley Cyrus Could Be Fined For Twerking with Mexican Flag

Miley Cyrus, the "Wrecking Ball" hitmaker, could be slapped with serious fines and detention for messing around with the national flag of Mexico.

The twerking queen took the show to a completely different level when she put on prosthetic butts (including a thong) and had her co-dancers smack it with the Mexican flag!

The Mexican government has restrictions on usage of the national emblem, the national flag and the national anthem and Cyrus is now guilty of breaking laws. According to The Hollywood Gossip, officials are reportedly investigating Cyrus and she could now face up to $1,200 in fines and 36 hours of detention.

Cyrus's fake butt has created quite the buzz. Earlier, she was accused of racism for sporting the prosthetic butt. The "We can't Stop" crooner introduced the fake booty at her Puerto Rican concert over the weekend.

While the artificial backside was the controversial highlight of the concert, Cyrus also spit water at the audience and her fans squealed with joy while she did that. Take a look at parts of the concert below:
