Carrie Underwood's pregnancy has been documented since her announcement but on February, the country diva has been silent about it until the day when she finally delivered her most-awaited angel on February 27.

According to US Magazine, the singer gladly posted on Instagram on March 3 of details about her baby boy-his name and his first ever picture visible to all her followers.

"Tiny hands and tiny feet...God has blessed us with an amazing gift! Isaiah Michael Fisher - born on February 27. Welcome to the world, sweet angel!" the diva captioned the pic of her baby's hand displayed on social media.

The photo, according to the news outlet, has at least received thirty thousand likes and 10.9 million comments from her followers.

In the previous months, the once American Idol heroine has been very active updating her fans about her pregnancy. However, Yahoo News said that at first, she is hesitant to reveal her baby's gender to the public.

It was during the Country Music Awards alongside Brad Paisley that the host joked about her baby bump and blurting out the clue saying "We should name him Garth!"

Later on, she explained that she and her hubby Mike Fisher intended to keep it a secret. They even asked their doctor to write the baby's gender inside an envelope that the couple has to open during a romantic dinner date.

"[It was] just the two of us in a nicer setting, but we both knew. So, that was just confirming our suspicions. We didn't really speak of it before, 'cause we were both just like, 'Whatever. It's all good.' But we knew it was a boy," she announced on November.

Meanwhile, the diva who is also known as a strict vegetarian admitted that her pregnancy has caused changes in her dieting, says reports from ET Online.

"I have been a little more vegetarian than vegan especially with traveling, so it's a little hard to order food from hotels and stuff when you're vegan. Now I'm pregnant, it's like, I can't just order steamed broccoli. That's not going to cut it. I've modified a little bit, but I think I've stayed pretty normal."

Carrie Underwood and ice hockey player Mike Fisher tied the knot in July 2010.
