Taylor Swift Dating News: Singer Opens up on her Man Anxiety

Taylor Swift is still single!

The artist, who is known for writing songs about her many ex-boyfriends, recently opened up about her man anxiety. Swift, 25, stated to the Telegraph Magazine that she is worried about forming new friendships with men because she often ends up getting romantically linked to them.

"I worry about everything all the time," Swift stated. "We could do our entire interview me telling you how many things I've worried about since breakfast. 'The Neuroses of Taylor Swift' is probably going to be the article headline."

Swift's long-list of ex-boyfriends include One Direction's Harry Styles, artist John Mayer, actor Jake Gyllenhaal and Taylor Lautner. She was most recently linked to 1975 rocker, Matt Healy. The pair praised each other and reportedly exchanged numbers. Swift, however, has denied any relationship with Healy.

"I just got so freaked out that people were going to say I was dating him," the "Shake it Off" singer said about being photographed with "Take me to Church" singer Andrew Hozier-Byrne at The Grammys. "I started thinking, 'I can't let this ruin my friendships with dudes'. I didn't let it ruin my friendship with Ed (Sheeran) - they always said we were dating and we never were. But sometimes I get really scared."

She added, "I haven't dated anyone in years so there's less chatter about the serial dater thing. I'm in a different place in my life, where love isn't really a priority."

Swift stated that she will most likely not be in a relationship any time soon and is completely happy without a boyfriend.

Instead of dating, Swift has been focused on her work, breaking many records with her latest album, "1989." She has also been building and strengthening her relationships with other women, such as model Karlie Kloss, artist Lorde and actress/writer Lena Dunham.

"The thing about my girlfriends right now is that none of them needs me for anything other than friendship" Swift said. "I love the fact that they are all passionate about their jobs, whatever their jobs are. A lot of celebrity-type people have this group of people around them where their friends' main priority is them, and they feel comfortable with that dynamic. I don't feel comfortable with that dynamic."

Swift recently became the godmother of actress and former model Jamie King's second child, who has not been born yet.
