Kourtney Kardashian's relationship with her longtime beau and father of her three children, Scott Disick is reportedly going strong.

The couple has overcome many break-up rumors, which has reportedly not been easy. In the latest promo for the 10th season of "Keeping up with the Kardashians," the hardships that they have endured were addressed. Kourtney, 35, asks Disick, "My mom and Khloe keep questioning me about what you're doing."

Disick, 31, simply replies, "They're just trying to catch me riding dirty." "Keeping up with the Kardashians" returns on March 15.

Over the past few months, several rumors about Disick cheating on Kourtney surfaced. In one of these rumors, sources claimed that Disick was in love with Kourtney's sister, Khloe. In another rumor, sources stated that Disick was also having an affair with Kourtney's half sister, Kendall Jenner. The most recent rumors claim that Kendall is pregnant with Disick's child. Despite these rumors, the couple appears to be more united than ever.

Kourtney and Disick have been together for nine years and although the show has addressed their relationship problems, which are mainly due to Disick's partying and drinking ways, the couple has continuously put up a strong front, especially since the arrival of their third child, Reign, who was born in December. Kourtney and Disick are also parents to Mason, 5 and Penelope, 2.

Kourtney recently uploaded an Instragam post of her and Disick's hands clasped together. They are both wearing the same bracelet, which could represent their unity as a couple. Based on Kourtney's previous post of "Fifty Shades of Grey" ticket stubs, it seems like the couple had another date night and is going strong.

Kourtney was most recently seen taking her two eldest kids to a birthday party in California while Disick is reportedly partying it up in the United Kingdom.
