Most of the fans of "Transformers" grew up with amazed with their mechanical change from being a transport utility to a robot. The "Transformers" are big-time show stoppers from the day it was launched on television targeting the 'Pop Cultures' and the 'Gen-X'. And this generation will welcome "Transformers: The Last Knight."

This time, fans will be brought back to the very beginnings via "Transformers: The Last Knight".  Megatron and Optimus Prime remains to be the show stealers, but the film also touches on somehow educating its followers on how robots were created, nourished and trained.

A 'biography of robots' perhaps is a better term.  The mythology shares the real reason why Autobot and the other party, Decepticon created a great divide.  Also, snippets of the film show Megatron and Optimus Prime were buddies at one time. So how did they part ways? When did the rift begin?

Creator, Lorenzo Di Bonaventura noted that the "Transformers: The Last Knight" played on diverse historical locations.  It includes glimpses of World War 2, the Arthurian Legend including some of the breathtaking views of England's Stonehenge and more.  There will also be a history making robots and these are filmed in historical places.

The film also executes the concept of time travel. Thus, allowing Optimus Prime to go back and get details of the robots' mass killings, leaving him the lone surviving robot. And how will the 'star' robot bring back the race that once lived on their planet called, Cybertron? Will he be the lone survivor of his kind?

"Transformers:The Last Knight" may sound a little historical, but it remains to be a full packed animation film, with the promise of high-action, flying cars, explosions everywhere yet combined with a good story plot.  "Transformers: The Last Knight" takes its post on theaters, June 23, 2017.
