Golden State Warriors remain to be the crowd favorite this NBA season. However, it cannot be denied that with a number of NBA All-Star on the roster the team struggle. Reports are rife that Klay Thompson will soon be leaving Warriors.

Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson and Draymond Green's combination was phenomenal but they just fell short in winning the NBA championship last season. As a result, GSW traded a number of their key players to acquire the former Oklahoma City Thunder star, Kevin Durant.

In fact, per SFGate, GSW traded Andrew Bogut to Dallas Mavericks to adjust the salary cap and accommodate the seven-time All-Star, KD. As a result, Golden State Warriors ended with a quartet of key players including Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green and Kevin Durant.

Unfortunately, it seems that the Warriors' big four is not effective or is it? According to Basketball Reference, the Warriors have already three losses. However, it is not that bad though as they are still leading the Western Conference.

According to Headlines & Global News, Kevin Durant is stealing the spotlight. The new GSW player has a number of isolation plays and Thompson and the rest of the Warriors just watch KD take the defender.

Per the report, the Golden State Warriors are popular for moving the ball very well and they don't love KD's isolation plays. In fact, Klay Thompson, in particular, has to sacrifice a lot of ball time whenever Durant is playing with him on the basketball court. Thus, Thompson is making fewer shots and points.

Meanwhile, there are rumors that GSW is allowing Kevin Durant's isolation plays to satisfy the player. However, Klay Thompson is no longer happy and might request a trade in a team where he will be given more priority.

Despite the continuous rumors surrounding Klay Thompson's move to another team, one should still take this report with a grain of salt. GSW is close to winning its next NBA title and it is unlikely for Thompson to leave the team in this situation as he also wants to win another championship.

Will Klay Thompson really leave Golden State Warriors and his Splash Brother Stephen Curry soon? Is Kevin Durant's addition to the team the reason if Thompson leaves? Share your thoughts in the comment section below.
