"Vikings" Season 5 is set to bring in a different look at Rollo (Clive Standen). The upcoming season is also hinted to start off with Sigurd's (David Lindstrom) burial.

According to a report, Rollo will look different in "Vikings" Season 5. It can be recalled that Ragnar (Travis Fimmel) died in the previous season. Rollo, on the other hand, returned to Normandy. It is hinted that the upcoming season will see Rollo's journey and what he has become.

Standen who portrays the role of Rollo shared that he will reinvent his character in "Vikings" Season 5. He noted that Rollo will totally be different from before. The upcoming season also is hinted to be filled with explosive scenes and revelations.

In the meantime, "Vikings" Season 5 will also start with Sigurd's burial. Sigurd died at the end of the previous season. Ivar (Alex Hogh Andersen) murdered his own brother in the battlefield and the reason will be revealed in the upcoming season.

"Vikings" Season 5 will also explore the lives of Ragnar's sons. They all will fight for the throne. All the sons of Ragnar will be separated. Bjorn (Alexander Ludwig) is set to sail to the Mediterranean for his own mission. There will only be Ivar, Hvitserk (Marco Ilso) and Ubbe (Jordan Patrick Smith) that will be left in the army.

Additionally, a new villain is set to threaten Ragnar's sons in Vikings Season 5. It is hinted that Headmund (Jonathan Rhys Meyers) will be a part of the upcoming season. He will first be part of the army and eventually will fight against them.

Meanwhile, Lagertha (Katheryn Winnick) will be in trouble in "Vikings" Season 5. There will be enemies that may take away her position from the throne. However, there also will be alliances that will help her in protecting it.

As of this time, there is no specific air date for "Vikings" Season 5 yet. It is reported that the upcoming season will be aired this year.
