'The Man In The High Castle' Season 3 News & Update: Michael Gaston Becomes Series Regular, What We Know So Far!

"The Man in the High Castle" has been renewed for Season 3 by Amazon. Michael Gaston is already a series regular in the third season.

According to a report, Gaston had been recurring in the first and second season of "The Man in the High Castle." This time, he had been moved up to being a series regular in the upcoming season of the series. Gaston portrays the role of Mark Sampson in the show.

It can be recalled that Mark Sampson's character lived in a hardware store and he was on his own. He helped Frank (Rupert Evans) discover his spiritual roots right after the death of Laura (Christine Chatelain). Sampson is also part of a little discreet Jewish community in San Francisco in "The Man in the High Castle."

"The Man in the High Castle" is based on a novel by Philip K. Dick. The story explores an alternate history on what may have happened if the Allied Powers lost World War II. The series already ran for two seasons on Amazon Prime and has been renewed for a third season recently.

Aside from Evans, "The Man in the High Castle" also stars Rufus Sewell, Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa, Alexa Davalos and Luke Kleintank. Additional cast members include DJ Qualls, Joel De La Fuente, Brennan Brown and Bella Heathcote.

Meanwhile, Gaston who has already been upped as a series regular in "The Man in the High Castle" Season 3 is also known for his role in "The Leftovers." He also had recurring roles in "Blindspot," "Mad Men," "The Mentalist" and "Damages."

Executive producers for "The Man in the High Castle" Season 3 are Ridley Scott, David W. Zucker and Richard Heus. They also work with Isa Dick Hackett and Daniel Percival. Eric Overmyer is also an executive producer for the series as well as the showrunner for the season.
