Injustice 2 is revealing another playable character of the game this week. According to the official website, it will be officially announced on March 2 and the character is Cyborg. Also, the website explains the need of a cyborg into the game and it might be matched to fight with the technological might of Brainiac.

It should be noted that the character is the 21st in the revealing series and the website shows that there are as many as 40 characters in the game. The remaining 19 characters will be revealed in the coming weeks by the developer NetherRealm Studios through the website and through its Twitter account. Many of its fans are guessing some of the upcoming characters as Scarecrow, Doctor Fate, Green Arrow, Black Adam, Power Girl, among others, as many of these were present in the "Injustice: Gods Among Us" - the first part of the game series.

However, these characters count to another 10 and the remaining nine characters are expected to be new ones. Since it was announced by the developer that the game would have both new characters and existing characters, the rest could be filled by the new ones. Also, there are speculations regarding the number of characters. Some of the fans claim that when the game was announced, there were only 31 slots and now it counts to 40. This could mean that it might add more characters or reduce the numbers when the game is ready for release.

Considering the success of the first installment of the game series, there is a hype for the second installment of this action game series. The game is scheduled to release on May 26, 2017, on PS4 and Xbox One. A free mobile version of the game will be available on iOS and Android along with console version per the latest update from NetherRealm.
