"Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 may have one character less soon. It is reported that Jerrika Hinton who plays the role of Dr. Stephanie Edwards will leave the series.

According to a report, Hinton will leave the series right after "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13. This is right after she landed a role in Alec Baldwin's HBO show. The series has yet to be renewed for the 14th season but it seems that one character is going to do her exit.

This is going to be the third character to leave the show. It can be recalled Dr. Derek Shepherd which has been played by Patrick Dempsey left the show in Season 11. For Season 12 it was Dr. Callie Torres portrayed by Sara Ramirez who bade frewell to "Grey's Anatomy."

In the meantime, Hinton has portrayed the role of Dr. Edwards since "Grey's Anatomy" Season 9. The character has been recurring during Season 10 up until now. However, there is not much confirmation of the speculation as of this time yet.

Meanwhile, "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 just returned and the latest episode had been all about prison. Arizona (Jessica Capshaw), Bailey (Chandra Wilson) and Jo (Camilla Luddington) had been into one of the prisons to help out on a pregnant woman give birth.

After the trio helps the mother, they all went driving home peacefully. Bailey then gets a call to be informed that Karev (Justin Chambers) has taken a plea deal that will take him to two years in prison. The upcoming episode may be hard for the characters.

It seems that Karev's fate cannot be decided as of yet. The next episode of "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 will have the answers if Karev is indeed going to be in prison or if there is a way for him to be free from the case.

Hinton on the other hand needs to be confirmed if she will finally leave "Grey's Anatomy." Catch the series every Thursday nights.
