Nintendo has posted a new image of Link, the protagonist of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, watching the sunset with his sword and shield on both hands. From the image we can see the breath-taking view of the Hyrulean landscape; which is just a small portion of the massive open world game.

This image is just one of the many new screenshots Nintendo will be releasing until the launch of the latest Zelda game in 2017. You can visit Nintendo's Facebook page and check out more related information about Zelda: Breath of the Wild as well as reactions from fans.

In another Zelda: Breath of the Wild news, Nintendo has released a snowboarding gameplay video of Link as their way to greet their fans "Happy Holidays". In the video, we can see Link snowboarding down a snowy mountain landscape using his shield. We already knew our favorite hero is an excellent snowboarder from the E3 demo.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild has been announced to be released for Wii U and Nintendo Switch consoles this 2017. However, the specific release date has not been announced. Gamespot has reported that the game will not be among the Switch's flagship lineup when it launches in March. There are rumors circulating around the industry that localization problems may have caused the game missing the new console's launch.

So until then, fans of one of the most beloved series in the whole gaming industry may have to enjoy the images and gameplay videos until they get their hands on the full version of the game.
