'Supernatural' News & Updates: Dean & Sam Arrested, Lucifer As President & Finale Half Of Season 12 Release Date
"Supernatural" made every fantasy and 'supernatural' things one can imagine turn into a series of story that might actually make sense. The series have reached its 12th Season and it is getting stronger and new adventures and villain are expected.
The midseason finale of "Supernaturals" entitled 'Lotus' already aired and it left fans hanging when Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) were both arrested and tied up by a group of secret service agents. Before the return of the series, it was speculated that British Men of Letters will be playing a big role in the season.
It was questioned about "Supernaturals" if Mr. Ketch will return and it was answered that they will see him but not only him but also his colleagues. British Men of Letters have appeared in the first half of the season to show a glimpse of what these men can do.
New story and problems rise in "Supernatural" but there is one thing that is constant and that is Lucifer's thirst for power. Lucifer has jumped from one powerful person to another like CEOs, archbishops and now a President. President Jeff says Yes with whatever deal Lucifer offered him and he became the most intriguing modern president and Lucifer also gets to have sex with Kelly which is a member of President Jeff's staff.
With all the troubles in "Supernatural" it looks like it's not only Lucifer who is enjoying himself as Lucy seems to love his new position as the commander-in-chief. Lucy updates Rick about the two possible mentally unstable cult members who plan to kill him because they think that he's Satan. Rick needs to kill those two men as instructed by Lucifer.
The start of Season 12 of "Supernaturals" was strong, with Dean meeting Mary Winchester (Samantha Smith), his mom, face to face. Sam, on the other hand, was fighting to get away from death after being shot by Toni. This start to the season may mark another one for the second half.
The final half of Season 12 of "Supernatural" series will be back on January 26, 2017.
