J.R. Smith Was Upset As The Cavalier Won Over The Sixers

On Saturday, the Cleveland Cavaliers including LeBron James together with J.R. Smith attended the Ohio State-Michigan game. The 31-year-old All-Star NBA player made a history.

Even though the Cavalier won over the Sixers, he was upset. The reason why the game was so crucial because of Smith played 38 minutes, 31 seconds and for 11 attempting to shots, but finished with zero points.

The Basketball Reference mentioned that in the 38-minute threshold he has been 88 times scoreless. The 112-108 win was quite closer as the team struggled to a higher goal; the Sixers got 4-13.

He threw in five rebounds, a blocked shot and an assist shots as getting ways to help the team. "I've got boys at home all the time are like, 'Man, I can do what James Jones do'," Smith said.

"I'm like, 'No you can't. Seriously, if you got out there and played against him right now, not only would he destroy you, but you can't do what he does. You really can't.'" He added. But Smith said that it was done before in game 4. He assumed that they could really through his own moves. He said that it happened also in NBA finals 2015.

Smith got 7 of 13 with 3 pointers in a 30-points won over Golden State in Game 3, and 3 of 10 in an 11-point loss in Game 4. And, that was the reason why the Cavs was behind 3-1 in the series. He is still doing his signature moves because his team never got any lost in the finals. Smith was 13-of-33 over those wins. 

According to the report, $57 million agreement that he got in the first year of the four-year preseason. Coach Tyronn Lue believes that he is still the best defender in the Cavaliers team.
