Now that 2016 is nearing its end, "Transformers" fanatics' restless hearts can finally take peace by the fact that a sequel gets a little closer.  Earlier reports say that the project is now in solid progress. Paramount Pictures reported that the film is a confirmed Bumblebee spin-off, "Transformers: The Last Knight", and the story plot is a done deal.  This is the fifth installment in a billion franchise by Director Michael Bay.  The project is now in its post-production state.

"Transformers: The Last Knight"  includes the characters of Winston Churchill, King Arthur, Hitler and the small Dino-bots. The new transformers film infused the classic and the modern approach.

The film features the seasoned actor, Anthony Hopkins, along with Laura Haddock, Jerrod Carmichael, Mark Wahlberg, Isabela Moner, Josh Duhamel and Tyrese Gibson to name a few.  Moreover, John Goodman and John Tuturro are expected to be reprising their roles from previous movies. Another interesting fact, during production, the enthusiasts were allowed to take a look at a filming device called the Room Roll, which allows actors to go upside down.

The producers, being meticulous of the film's atmosphere and how it will sound, hired American Film composer Steve Jablonsky's expertise for the musical score.  Jablonsky takes the credit on the creative soundtracks of the previous films Transformers (2007),the movie sequel in 2009, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (2009), and his latest Transformers film in 2011Transformers: Dark of the Moon.)

The studio is now making offers to the directors for the movie planned to release in the summer of 2018. "Transformers:  The Last Knight" was made to appear that it is quite trying a more different path.  The plot happened in multiple time periods.  The Camelot, and a different version of the World War 2 history, England being succeeded by the Nazis.

Transformers: The Last Knight lands on screen on June 23, 2017 and then the yet to be titled Bumblebee spin-off comes a year after, 8, 2018.
