The Hollywood actress Mila Kunis exposed two producers in an open letter talking about sexism in the industry. Kunis described two specific moments of her career when she felt discriminated by her gender about being insulted, received lower payment and creatively ignore by people in the industry.

Kunis first experience of sexism or gender inequality as she relates it was with a male producer. The producer told her that she would "never work in this town again" if she didn't pose half naked in a men's magazine to promote his film back then and that she was part of.

The actress responded to this attempt of threat, declining to do the cover. She says about this, "I was no longer willing to subject myself to a naive compromise that I had previously been willing to", the actress explained.

According to the letter, she mentioned even about the wage gap in Hollywood compared to men's salary. Kunis left it clear that the industry is not making fast advances to take this issue seriously. Other actresses had talked about it even in awards speeches like Patricia Arquette and Jessica Chastain.

The second story in the letter is the most recent one. She had a similar experience after another male producer referred to her like Ashton Kutcher's "wife and baby momma" in a sent email. After she founded her production company, she's not treated with respect. About this, the couple decision was to pass that choice.

Mila Kunis expressed that she's aware of the benefits she has now to work independently as an entrepreneur, but she thinks of another woman that are living in it. Taking advantage of the platform she has to wait for someone to jump in sharing their experience or just point it out as reality sexism issues in the industry.
