The Milwaukee Bucks are not backing out, as they put Greg Monroe on the NBA trade block in search of a good return. Greg Monroe has been in the NBA trade block since the NBA off-season started and is available as of today.

The Milwaukee Bucks said earlier this year that Greg Monroe was not a great fit to their system. This reason made the Bucks decide to let go off Monroe as he is not providing the numbers and factors that their organization need.

It has been reported by the CBS Sports that during the NBA training camp, Bucks Head Coach Jason Kidd even played Monroe off the bench. When Jason Kidd was asked, he did this to give way to the second unit so they can show that they can give to the team this season.

In fact as per Fast Break reported, Coach Jason Kidd did the same thing a few years ago with the Brooklyn Nets where Kidd used the 2nd unit as a starter during the NBA training camp. As for the Bucks, Greg Monroe was joined by Michael Carter-Williams, along with the rest of the starters and came up with Miles Plumlee and Rashad Vaughn.

The Milwaukee Bucks are really serious to part ways with Greg Monroe and it can be considered a confirmation from the Bucks organization. The Bucks are in search of a good deal, where in they are also in search of power forward that can play along with their run-and-gun system.

Previously, Greg Monroe was in a press conference where he mentioned that he knew about him being sent to the NBA trade block. But as for Monroe, he doesn't want to leave the Bucks and he even mentioned that he wants to play with them in the next few seasons.

Though the Bucks claimed that Monroe was not fit to play with their system, Monroe led the Bucks in rebounds and was one of the best go-to-guy finishing with 15.3 points per night. Let's just hope the both parties would have a bright future as the possible divorce is about to come.
