NBA 2K17 News and Rumors: Stephen Curry, Zach LaVine, Aaron Gordon and More Coming This September
There is more to NBA 2K17 than Kobe Bryant. Word has it that Stephen Curry's signature moves are said to be part of the game, besides reports that Minnesota Timberwolves' Zach LaVine and the Orlando Magic's Aaron Gordon have modeled some of their moves as well.
Forbes reports that La Vine and Gordon were brought to California to model for the game. NBA 2k tweeted pics and videos of the duo dunking while working for motion capture, much to the delight of the gaming community.
NBA 2k17 is expected to arrive in September. The Legend Edition of the game will feature Kobe Bryant on its cover. Bryant hung his boots earlier this year after being with LA Lakers for 20 years. Besides Bryant, fans can also look out for Stephen Curry's moves.
Recent reports suggest Stephen Curry's moves in the game's last edition were not comparable to the player's real-world performance. Given NBA 2K's reputation to model players in the game on real-life performance, the game's makers have announced that Curry's moves will seem a lot better in this year's game.
If other reports prove correct, there is plenty in store for fans buying the Legend Edition. There is the limited Kobe Bryant poster, a Black Mamba controller skin, two Panini Kobe trading cards besides digital goodies that include 30,000 in virtual currency, 2K Kobe XI shoe, Kobe hoodie and more!
Excited fans have been discussing the game for a while, speculating its features and expectations from the game's makers.
