Charlie Sheen and Ex-fiancee Brett Rossi News: Stalking and Threatening Ex-Fiancée, Charlie Sheen Being Investigated by LAPD
Ever since Charlie Sheen revealed that he is HIV positive, the actor has become a sort of representative for those living with this life-threatening condition. He is currently facing a lawsuit for not informing his sexual partners of his disease and still he remains relentless.
"I said to my mom, 'This disease picked the wrong guy,'" he said last year. "If anybody can fight this thing and discover a cure, it's me."
However, this time again Sheen is in the news and just like other times, not for the right reasons. Sheen is being investigated by Los Angeles Police Department by "detectives from an elite stalking unit." What is his crime? The department didn't reveal the specifics of the investigation but said that he is a suspect in criminal report filed on March 31.
An insider source at the police department, however, spills the beans and informs that the investigation is about Sheen's former fiancée, Scottine Ross, who filed a complaint that "Two and a Half Men" star was threatening her. Sheen's attorney or publicist did not give a comment.
While the details of the report filed have not yet been released, Ross, previously an adult movie star by the name of Brett Rossi, claimed that Sheen abused her in their relationship. Ross said that Sheen was violent with her, held an unloaded gun to her head, made her go through an abortion and exposed her to HIV. He also defaulted on their agreement to pay $1 million to stay mum about his HIV status.
"Mr. Sheen made it clear on The Today Show that he had no intention of honoring the agreement reached, and sure enough, he didn't," David Ring, Ross's attorney, said in December. "Ms. Ross looks forward to her day in court, and to taking Mr. Sheen's deposition."
This already murky story gets murkier as Sheen is caught on tape what looks like threatening Ross's life.
"This piece of s-t needs to be f-king buried," Sheen allegedly said of Ross. "... Family of gangsters. You get it," He added: "I can't be f-king extorted ... It's called treason. You know what treason is? It's punishable by death." And: "I'd rather spend 20 grand to have her head kicked in."
